This rustic piece takes you to the scorching southwest, where it’s inhabitance are in a brutal fight for survival. A thorny landscape of cactus and bramble consume two skeletons, while a mountain of scorpions overtake the last human. Turkey vultures look on indifferently. This is the first piece in the “America” series. As always, it is signed by the artist, Toni Digati.
The painting is matted and includes an antique 26.5x14.5” green, wood frame (see picture 1). Although the glass is generally enough to keep the painting safe, it is also coated in artist's wax. This wax offers impeccable UV and moisture protection, adding to the longevity and quality of the piece.
